Hi! I’m Salah Eddine El Herrag, a PhD graduate in Cell Biology and Pathology from Djillali Liabes University (Sidi Bel Abbès, Algeria). My research focuses on colorectal cancer, with particular interest in cancer immunotherapy and the molecular mechanisms that can inform more effective and personalized treatments.
I hold a Master’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology (2017), during which I investigated the links between metabolic syndrome and cancer. My academic work integrates molecular oncology, cell signaling, and epidemiology, with the goal of translating fundamental research into meaningful clinical and public health applications.
Since 2019, I have been involved in university teaching, delivering tutorials in gene regulation, RNA silencing, molecular oncology, and research methodology. In parallel, from 2017 to 2024, I served as an Editorial Management Assistant for the North African Journal of Food and Nutrition Research, where I gained solid experience in scientific publishing, peer review, and manuscript evaluation.
I enjoy working with data, designing research strategies, and collaborating across disciplines. If you are interested in research collaborations, co-authorship, or academic exchange, feel free to get in touch.
